Doris Virginia Eason Perry passed away November 29, 2011 in Houston. Mrs. Perry was born in 1925 in Singer, Louisiana. In her high school years, the family moved to Sarepta, Louisiana, where she met her future husband, Dorsey Raymond Perry, Jr. to whom she was married for 63 years. She is survived by two sons, Raymond Lee Perry and Randolph Lynn Perry and their wives Susan and Sara, three granddaughters Erin Perry, Melanie Aertker, and Allison Hermann, and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Everette Eason of Camden, Arkansas. She was predeceased by her son Rodney Stewart Perry.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Perry would have preferred donations to the American Cancer Society in memory of Rodney.
