Vivian was preceded in death by both of her parents and a sister, Betty Ruth Werner.
She is survived by her daughters, Margo Chapin and husband Brad and Gwendolyn Vagis and husband Paul; grandchildren, Whitney Lindeman and husband Evan, Alyssa Luce and husband Cody, Brad Chapin, Riley Vagis and Noah Vagis; great-grandchildren, Paislee Luce, Brooklyn Chapin and Tatum Luce; brother, Ralph Rodriguez; sister, Rebecca Rodriguez; and numerous other loving family members and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home Chapel, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079, on Friday, February 28, 2014, at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
