One word comes to mind when I think of you and it’s “legacy”. Thank you for being one of the examples for me as a young girl of what a man is and should be! ❤️

I have so many, just sitting at the park talking about basketball, seeing how much knowledge he has of the game and then him hitting that sweet baseline fade away jumper.

Heaven gained one special angel. Thank you for calling me after games and being honest with me. Thank you for telling me to fix my freethrows😌 thank you for always loving me no matter what. Thank you for sharing the game of basketball with me. Thank you for loving my memaw the way u did. I could go on and on for years on what I am thankful for. You were the best grandpa a granddaughter could ask for. I cannot imagine this world without you but I know you’re with me every step of the way. I just wish I could call you one last time. Now I call just to hear you say “let it burn” on your voicemail. 😂❤️ it hurts to know you aren’t behind the tv watching our games anymore. I know that you’re in a better place now watching over us. I love you so much papa, everything I do is for you❤️ 👼 #UntilWeMeetAgain
