Billy attended McArthur High School in Aldine. He was an entrepreneur. He owned a local car wash and ran a very successful wrecker service and sand blasting business for many years.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Ruth & Oscar Butler and sister, Judith Ellen Butler.
He is survived by his family, daughter, Tiffany Swindall; brother, Thomas Eugene Butler and his wife Philis Elaine Butler; nephews, Troy Eugene Butler, George Allen Butler, and Bruce Wayne Butler.
