Dearest Martha and all of Bill's dear family,

I was out of town and did not learn about Bill's passing until today (Aug.3) at Mass. My heart is so heavy for your loss of this gentle, precious man. It was an honor to lector with him and visit with him ; he always made me smile. Now, he's basking in the glory of heaven conversing with Jesus. Bill was one of the most angelic souls I know. You are all in my prayers and may God's angels shower you with comfort and peace knowing always that Bill is with his Heavenly Father now.

God Bless you and keep you. With love, Holly Strapulos(CTR lector and friend of Bill)

Bill Duffy was the father of seven sons. All of the sons are unique in their own way. The truly amazing thing about Dad was that he continued to learn how to love and understand each of us more with the passing years. I will always remember you and respect you for your transformation into the best parent a child could ask for.You will always be in our prayers.

Dad, thank you for being such a wonderful, strong, and caring Father to us and Papa to Keegan. You have taught us so much about how to live life to the fullest and the most important things to live for and you continue to do so. Your strength in overcoming so many obstacles from childhood all the way to the end will never cease to amaze me. Thank you for providing such a wonderful life for your family and touching the lives of so many around you. I know you will be watching over all of us still from Heaven. We love you very much and miss seeing your smile and laugh, but know that you are In a better place now.
You will always be with us and always be loved,
Mike, Ashley and Keegan
