He loved to hunt, fish, golf and play baseball. He played many years with the Men’s Senior Baseball League and always enjoyed the trips to Phoenix, Arizona to play in the MSBL World Series. He was the proud coach of the 2008 World Championship team. He also took great joy in coaching his son’s little league baseball teams and his daughter’s softball and basketball teams. He was a Cub Scout Master and spent many summers as a parent volunteer for the neighborhood swim team. He was a special initiate of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Most importantly, Pat had a fantastic smile, he was kind and generous, he never met a stranger and he loved his family.

Dearest Deb, Mallory, Matthew, families, always- "Patsy," Sam, Amy, Alicia, and, of course, all we cousins.
He is so very much missed already isn't he - from the moment I heard the news from Matthew. Not our Patrick! He fought the good fight. He tried. Really wanted to see him one more time and on that very day. Something wasn't feeling "right." I am so happy I got to spend personal time with him and catch up with him again. That was a blessing. Feels like I have a brother back now. I sure wanted to be there with and for him - and you. You are all beautiful people. Patrick is special. Love you all!
With deepest sympathy,

Back in the late 70’s early 80’s Pat was the drummer in our band, Stone Creek. We did get serious about our music at times but mostly it was a time to share our friendship & love of music. Pat would always show up with a big smile & a joke or two. He kept things positive & humorous. We felt lucky to have him. Anyone who knew him could tell he was a solid guy to the core. These were remarkable times for us and we certainly will miss this incredible man. RIP sweet friend.
