WILLIAM D. HOLDER (Buddy) passed away on the 2nd of September 2010 in Friendswood, Texas, at the age of 82. He is survived by his wife, Helen Holder, and two children, William Michael Holder of Houston, Texas and Karen Denise Debbrecht of Friendswood, Texas and two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters. He was born and raised in Greenville, Alabama. He joined the U.S. Navy for two years after high school and then worked in the engineering field for 40 years. When he retired in 1986, he lived part-time in Katy, Texas and Los Angeles, California. Funeral services will be on Thursday, September 9th at 3 pm. at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home with receiving time starting at 2:00 p.m.
