Rev. William H. "Bill" Lipps was born on May 18, 1929 and passed away on September 2 , 2013 surrounded by his loving family. Bill was a true man of faith that allowed the Lord to lead him and his family. Bill is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years Mary Ann Lipps, and their son, Jim and daughter Le Ann and her husband Russell Robertson. Bill is also survived by his sister Ruth Bridgett and his 6 wonderful grandchildren. A service celebrating Bill’s life will be Sunday, September 8, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Houston’s First Baptist Church, 7401 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77041.
