Bill was born on July 14, 1951 in Conroe,Texas. He was one of seven children. He served in the United States Army where he did a tour of Germany. During his time in the Army he started his beautiful family. After he served time in the Army he started a career in the construction field where he built homes. Some of his hobbies were crafts, custom wood work and fishing. Most of all he enjoyed spending his time making memories with his children and grandchildren.
Survivors are his children: Billie Wrightsel, Wendy Coody & son-in-law Stratos Coody, Amanda Appell & son-in-law Rob Appell, David Manske & daughter-in-law Katie Manske. Grandchildren are Steven Maddox, Jordan Wrightsel, Kristen Wrightsel, Justin Nettles, Dakota Nettles, Mia Coody & Gracie Manske.
