William, you were a very kind man that loved your family dearly.  I remember you playing football with your kids at the lake property even though you knew your back would hurt afterwards!  You always loved being a part of your kids and grandkids lives.  They are your legacy.

I was saddened to hear about Mr. Philpot. He was a great coworker at Dr Pepper Bottling Company. He was a pleasure to work with and what a wonderful person he was.I will never forget him. Your family is in my prayers.

Words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss.  I loved Uncle William and I will never forget him.  He was my “cool” uncle because he talked the principal into adding Dr. Pepper vending machines in my high school.  Seriously, how cool was that?  Oh and he had some “cool” dance moves – let me tell ya.  He always put a smile on my face.  I will never forget how neat and clean he always looked especially his hair.  I will miss him very much, but I know he is not suffering anymore.  Aunt Elaine, Jerry Don, Ronnie, and Sissy (Gloria) – I hope you know how much Uncle William meant to me.  Even though we haven't kept in touch a lot over the last few years, I will always remember each Christmas we spent together at Granny Philpot's.  Please know you and your families all hold a special place in my heart and if you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask.  I pray for God to give you comfort and peace through this.  I pray that God wraps His loving arms around each of you reminding you He is there and that He loves you.  Rest assured, Uncle William is in good company up in Heaven with Granny and Grandpa.  Give extra hugs to those grandchildren because Uncle William loved them all very much.  Uncle William, now that you are an angel up in Heaven, please watch over us especially my dad. Uncle William not only made an impact in my life – he made an impact in my children's life too.  My son, Jeremy will never forget Uncle William and Aunt Elaine coming to Huntsville to bring him that scooter – Jeremy, Andrew, and Amanda have all enjoyed it. Pops I will miss you a lot but I know not near as much as my sweet sister. I  promise you I will do everything I can to take care of her. I promise you I will never walk in my pantry that I don't make sure all my veggies are facing front and in a row. Please tell Jim I love him and miss him so much. You two guys don't get into to much trouble up there and know we will see you again.

What a good guy!  Mr.Phipot always told me to keep it between the ditches....I worked with Mr.Philpot and he was more than a coworker he was a true friend! Mr.Philpot was always clean and very well polish!  You will be missed "Love you always"!
