William Rice Smith, age 71, of Splendora, Texas passed away on Saturday July 22, 2017. William was born December 17, 1945 to Louise Smith and C.F. Smith. William graduated from Sam Houston High School and had a career as a security officer.
William is survived by; cousins Jeannie Flowers, Marie Milstead, Sonny Strenght, and friends Billy and Judy Walton and friend Michael and Ashley Walton.
William was preceded in death by; father C.F. Smith and mother Louise Smith.
