Dr Tuttle was a wonderful friend and my Eye Doctor for a number of years.  He thought a lot of you children.  You were the most important thing in his life.  After you were grown he start taking   archeology digs which he enjoyed.  He will be missed. Orville Matney and Family

I had the honor of working with Bill for a few years in ophthalmology after he partially retired.  He was a great Doctor and one of the nicest people I have known.  He love his family and frequently talked about them. Thanks for the memories.
