Born in Elgin, TX on September 19, 1949 to Guillermo and Emma Torres.

Predeceased by his father, Guillermo Torres, brother, Jesse Torres, and niece, Jessica Torres.

Survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Evangelina C. Torres.

Lovingly remembered by his daughter, Victoria Torres, daughter, Tiffany Torres, granddaughter, Amelia Guillen, mother, Emma Torres, sister, Mary Kunz, nephew, Stephen Flores, niece, Roxane Torres, niece, Melissa Sims, nephew, Anthony Torres, and nephew Jeffery Torres.

Willie’s past times were playing baseball in his youth, restoring cars with his brother, watching boxing, and spending time with his family.

His lifelong career was an auto body man. A profession he learned alongside his father. He took pride in his work and precision, which showed when his coworkers nicknamed him “El Maestro.”

He was a man of God who served the Lord by leading his family and bringing others to Christ.

He used his personal testimonials and love of God to reach out to others who were fatherless and lost.
