I was very saddened to hear that Wilson has passed. Wilson and I both served in the same military unit and worked for the same civilian company for many years.  He was a very knowledgably, respected, and motivated military supervisor for the unit he served. His motivation to duty resulting in his section teams’ tasks and unit missions being performed in a highly professional manner as he served as Senior NCOIC. Sergeant Wilson Alexander served in the unit as, Range NCOIC, Safety NCOIC, EFMB Senior NCOIC, Land Navigation NCOIC, and various other positions during his tenure with the 3457th USARMTC stationed in Houston, Texas. These same attributed also carried over into his civilian career where he also motivated and inspired others he worked with. He tried to instill in them attitudes to do and to be the best in what every undertaking they were assigned.  He was known to lend a hand when needed, and to share positive input, to help motive others when seeking a solution to a problem. Wilson would say, “you can make it, if you truly apply yourself.”  I said this because Wilson had inspired me as a fellow soldier serving our country and as a fellow co-worker on our civilian job. He will be remembered, and missed. To the family of Wilson, I pray that God give you comfort, grace and peace in your time of sorrow.
