Zulema Rodriguez Garza

Zulema Garza, our precious mother went to be with Jesus on October 22, 2023. Ms. Garza was born on February 3, 1947 in Morelos Coahuila Mexico. Ms. Garza epitomized Proverbs 31:31, cherishing and working tirelessly for her family, holding two jobs for years, up until the week of her passing. She also enjoyed traveling, including trips to Spain, Italy, and Israel.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Francisco and Laurencia Rodriguez.

Ms. Garza is survived by one daughter, Marisela Boyles of Sabinal, TX, three sons, Jose Garza of Nava, Mexico, Ariel Garza of Houston, and Daniel Garza of Oxnard, CA. Grandchildren include Brandon Wolff, Ariana Garza and Rey Garza.

A visitation for Zulema will be held Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A burial committal will occur Thursday, October 26, 2023 at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas.
