Mr. Jim opened up his home and heart to me and my family throughout childhood visits to Florida and most recently when my grandma Judy passed. He was a wonderful man. My heart feels for u and ur family.

To my loving handsome uncle, there are so many wonderful memories I have with you and if I sat and wrote them all down we'd be here forever! I will miss your hugs and your laugh... I will miss you picking on my mom and her "Italian" ways.... I am sad my girls will never experience all the fun I did when we came down to visit you! And just know that I will always be by Michelle's side she will always be like a sister to me... I love you and always will! Rest easy and party it up up there! Till we meet again xoxoxo

Michelle, It's 4:00pm straight up and I was paying a tribute to your dad, looking through the many photos you have on this site.  I can tell you one thing; he LIVED.  He lived a life full of laughter, friends, and good times, and God bless him.  My favorite picture is him in the swimming pool with McKenna - the two of them are laughing.  She's a baby/toddler.  We all love our dads.  I adored mine.  We were both so lucky to have them and to be raised by such stand-up guys.  From all the memories you made with him, I can almost feel the loss for you.  I understand.  Chin up.  Remember all the great times, and all the love.  Love doesn't ever die.  It sustains everything.

Mahoney, as this is what I have always called you, so if I called you James, you would probably wonder what my problem is. I am so honored to have been a part of your life. You are one of the most caring, giving, and loving men I know. I will miss you dearly and miss you greeting me as "Sweetie", I will always be your sweetie. I am going to miss visiting you by boat,and having drinks on the dock with you. I am going to miss a lot of things about you. It saddens me that you are no longer here with us, but I know you are still here in  spirit, no longer in pain, and you are with those that have passed before you. Give Judy a hug for me! Jim was such a special person. No matter how much time passed in seeing him it was as if we had just seen one another. Jim was a true friend and I will miss him dearly. I am blessed that I was able to visit with him recently. My 3 year-old grandson went with me to visit him in rehab and they were instant buddies   What great memories. Thank you Jim.
