She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Zaczyk, sons; Lawrence Zaczyk Jr. and David Zaczyk, daughters; Kathleen Hamilton (James) , Margaret Brocki (Kevin), and Linda Zaczyk, brothers; Albert Clement and David Clement, 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
