2021. Adam was born to Robert Anderson High and Janet Lafern Strode on January 19, 1968 in
Southern California. Following Adam’s birth, the family quickly moved to the Central Valley
where Bob and Jan settled to raise their family.
Adam attended Downey High School where he participated in baseball, golf and skiing,
things he would continue to enjoy throughout his life. Adam graduated High School in 1986 and
the following year joined the US Army, where he served as an E-4 Specialist.
After completing his obligation to the military, Adam began his career as an almond
farmer, which allowed him to apply the hardworking foundation he had established in the Army.
Adam was not only a respectful man, but he was a man of few words who preferred to live
through his actions. A thoughtful man, always the first one there when it mattered the most.
Adam is survived by his daughter Megan, son Austin, daughter-in-law Tracy, grandchildren Parker and Hudson, as well as his siblings Dawn Souza and Truett High.
Memorial Service 11:00am Thursday, March 18, 2021at Lakewood Memorial Park 900 Santa Fe Avenue Hughson, CA. The service will be held in the Tuolumne Garden with a Celebration of Life to immediately follow at Del Rio Country Club 801 Stewart Rd Modesto, CA 95356.
