Bill Don Redding

Bill Don Redding, 85, of Modesto, California, passed away on February 1, 2024. He was born on July 4, 1938, in Coleman, Texas, to the late Otto and Mattie Redding. Bill was a devoted and patient husband, a supportive and loving father, and a cherished grandfather.

In his leisure time, Bill enjoyed gardening, caring for animals, cooking, and watching sports. He was known for his honesty and was an incredible friend to all who knew him.

Bill is survived by his daughter, Cindy Mulligan, and her husband Patrick; his son, Bryan Redding, and his wife Charla; three grandchildren, Bailey Estrada and her husband Chris, Zachary Redding and his wife Rachel, and Hanna Baranowski and her husband Ryan; as well as two great-grandchildren, Atticus and Arabella Estrada, and two great-granddogs, Grace and Maeve.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lani Redding, and his siblings James Redding, Rex Redding, George Redding, (Alice) Prebble Perry, and Wanda Morse.

A visitation will be held on Friday, February 9th, from 4-8 pm at Lakewood Memorial Park in Hughson, California. The burial service will take place on Saturday, February 10th, at 11:30 am.
