David Jeffery Kelley passed away peacefully on December 28th, 2020 at the age of 63. David was born on November 2nd, 1957 in Watsonville, California. He was met in heaven by his son Colton Kelley, his mother Merlene Kelley and many more beloved friends and family. He is survived by his Daughter Rhiannon Quillen and son-in-law Matthew Quillen, along with his four grandchildren, Macie, Gracie, Matthew and Lila whom he loved dearly, his father Robert Kelley, sister Jill Blake and sister Laurie Kelley. His final act of love was going to heaven on his granddaughter's Macie and Gracie’s 15th birthday.
David was one of a kind! He will always be remembered by his crazy sense of humor that could lighten up the darkest times. His love for music made him able to relate everything in life to a song lyric. He loved his country, enjoyed fishing, gardening, barbecuing, sports (especially watching his grandkids play) and having a good time wherever he was. David was a hard worker and loyal employee, he put in over 35 years with Ameron, now NorthWest Pipe Company in Tracy, CA. Although his time here on earth was short, David experienced so many things that made him the man he was and shaped the legacy he leaves behind. He will be greatly missed but always remembered. May he forever rest in heavenly peace.
