Born October 16, 1941 in Modesto, CA. Dolores was the daughter of Herbert J. Althoff and Daisy M. Hyer. She was raised on the family farm which was home to several generations of Althoff, and a variety of farm animals. She graduated from Thomas Downey High School, she was FFA Sweetheart May 1959, she worked for Moorse Business Farms, Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her husband Jerry Hamby of Modesto. Brother Gene, nephew Ron, niece Elia Mark Hamby, Megan, Kels and nephew Derk. Funeral Services will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA, 95326. A visitation will take place on June 1st from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the services will be occurring on June 2nd at 11:00 AM.
