Michelle was born on July 13th, 1967 in Castro Valley, CA to Camille and Ernest Lopez. She graduated from Davis High School in 1985. Michelle had a love for all animals, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and Santa Cruz. She was a talented artist, being honored by the White House in 1985. Michelle met her husband, Mike Watt, in 2006 when she walked up and introduced herself to him with “and who are you?”. After 11 years together, Michelle, dressed in all Dodgers clothing, married Mike in a small ceremony at San Francisco City Hall on September 11th, 2017. They finished the celebration by watching the Dodgers play the San Francisco Giants at AT&T Park.
Michelle had a passion for life and could be found enjoying a game of pool, drawing, sunbathing at the beach, or spending time with her friends and pets. Her smile and sense of humor touched countless people throughout her life and she will be missed by all.
Michelle is survived by her husband, Michael Watt, her daughter, Laura Combs, her parents, Camille and Ernest Lopez; two dogs, and many friends. She is preceded in death by her brother, Ernest Lopez Jr.
Michelle will be remembered and celebrated with a memorial that will take place on Monday, December 21st at 11:00 a.m. at Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, CA 95326.
