Emma had a gift for making any house feel like a home. Her talent for sewing, her passion for home decorating, and her love of gardening created spaces full of life and beauty. In the kitchen, she was known for her delicious home-cooked meals—always prepared with heart and shared generously with loved ones.
She was a devoted family woman who cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren, and friends. Whether hosting a Sunday dinner or simply sitting on the porch with a cup of tea and good conversation, Emma made everyone feel welcome and cared for.
A spirited traveler, Emma explored much of the United States and journeyed through Europe, collecting memories, stories, and inspiration wherever she went. Her travels reflected her deep curiosity and appreciation for the world’s cultures and natural beauty.
Emma also had a love for music, especially the soulful sounds of the 1960s and 1970s, which often filled her home and brought joy to her days. Her life was guided by rhythm, heart, and harmony.
Emma is survived by her children Derald Daniels from Pasco, WA and Gregory Berry from Modesto, CA; and her brother Clinton McNeal. She is preceded in passing by her son Jeffrey Berry, and brother Tommy McNeal.
