Frank is survived by his wife of 37 years Bonnie Boggini Earley, 3 Children, 2 stepchildren, 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 25 years, Barbara Brooks Earley.
Frank was born on February 10, 1937 in Arizona. He graduated from High School in Modesto CA. In 1955 he joined the US Navy and was stationed at Port Hueneme, CA and Pearl Harbor, HA. After his service, Frank had a long career as a grading and paving Foreman in both Pleasanton and Modesto CA.
Frank was a skilled craftsman who completed major renovations on two house in Modesto. He was long time member of One Church on Scenic in Modesto.
A celebration of life will take place at 10:00 AM on Friday September 27, 2019, at One Church St. John, on 430 Downey Ave Modesto, CA. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Frank’s life. In lieu of flowers, remembrance can be sent to Optimal Hospice or One Church St. John
