Gail Ann Carson

A visitation for Gail will be held Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lakewood Funeral Home, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, California. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Lakewood Funeral Home.

Gail Ann Carson was born on July 10, 1954. She passed away peacefully at her home of 45 years at the age of 67. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Carson; parents, Richard and Elizabeth Falke; and brother, guy Falke.

Gail was born and raised in Romulus, NY, until her family moved overseas to Germany, where she graduated from Frankfurt American High School. After graduating, Gail moved to California and had her first child, Carie. She had had a promising and rewarding career with the Campbell’s Soup company, where she met the love of her life, Jerry Carson. They soon welcomed a beautiful set of twin girls, Karen and Kara, and two years later, Kevin arrived.

Gail continued her education and worked as a paralegal for 20 years. She enjoyed her retirement by traveling around the United States to see her children and grandchildren. She loved cooking and baking, especially Christmas cookies! She couldn’t wait to spend Sundays watching sports of any kind, especially football and NASCAR, with a cold glass of rum and coke in hand.

Gail is survived by her brother, Gary Falke; children, Carie Cockrum (Richie Charleston), Karen Sanderson (James), Kara Reynolds (Robert), and Kevin Carson (Christina); and grandchildren, Michael and Sarah Cockrum, Lola Reynolds, Kylee and Trevor Carson, and Theodore and Savannah Sanderson, who will all miss her dearly.
