Gilbert Lorenzo Ramirez

Gilly was born in Los Gatos, California to Francisco & Cassie Ramirez on November 8, 1989. Although he spent a short time with us, he grew into a kind, beautiful & warm young man; a true gentleman beyond his twenty-five years. Through his daily words and actions, Gilly showed his courage and gentleness, never being afraid to let his family and friends know that they were loved.

Gilly too was deeply loved and will be missed by his Mother Cassie, his Big Brother Francisco, his treasured Grandma Sally, Grandmother Delores Bradley, his beloved Carrianna Lee, who was the love of his life and Girlfriend of eight years and loved him like no other, Uncle Gillbert Ramirez (Aunt Marty), Auntie Isabel Gonzalez (Uncle Victor), Uncle Mario Ramirez (Aunt Wendy) and adoring Cousins. Gilly has gone to be with his Father, Francisco, who preceded him in death in 1999.

Gilly resided the last sixteen years in Modesto, California. A graduate of Modesto High School, he worked as a Bail Agent for the last eight years with Ramirez Bail Bonds. The extraordinary beauty of his heart with which he loved so openly, his friends and family shall hold close within with the knowledge that in spirit he watches over and protects us all.

Services will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 900 Santa Fe Avenue in Hughson, CA 95326 (209-883-1925). Viewing will be on Thursday July 30th from 5pm to 8pm and Burial will be Friday July 31st at 10am.
