Gladys Rivera passed away at the age of 60 in Modesto, Ca. on October 17, 2015. Gladys was born to Jesse and Rebecca Rivera in Wichita, Kansas on March 8, 1955. Gladys was a high school graduate from Chadsey High School in Detroit, Michigan. She loved spending time with her family and her best “four legged” friend Misty.
She is survived by 2 sons, Juan Rivera and Daniel Gonzalez both of Detroit, MI., grandchildren: Natalie, Juan III, Merissa, Vincente and Elijah, other family members: Rebecca Rivera, Eloisa Vela, Gloria Rivera, Jesse Rivera III and JoAnn Barnes. Gladys is preceded in death by, Jesse Rivera, Louie Rivera, Roy Rivera and Angie Rivera.
Funeral services will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home, 900 Santa Fe Ave. Hughson CA. Visitation on Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 10:00am – 12:00pm.; followed by a chapel service at 12:00pm. Both to be held in the Riverside Chapel.
