Helen was pre-deceased by her husband Clint LeMond in 1991 and then her "companion" Bob Howes in 1998. Helen worked for Stanislaus County for 27 yrs at the welfare dept. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and traveling.
Helen is survived by her daughter Connie Burk (Gordon), two sisters, Lavonia Smith of Springfield, Oregon and Glennis Bigham (David) of Salinas, Ca, two step granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews. Helen's family would like to give special thanks to her two caregivers, Linda Uecker and Julie Lang, who took great care of her the past 1 1/2 yrs.
Services will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park on Friday, Nov. 19, 2021 at noon with a gathering of family and friends immediately following. Forever in our hearts and memories.
