Born September 27, 1943 in Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He immigrated and moved to the United States when he was 11 years old. He lived in Texas, Utah, Idaho, before settling in California. He worked in the fields picking crops by the season until settling at Con Agra Foods until retiring in 2011 after working 47 years.
Survivors include his wife, Maria Longoria and his brother Hector Jaime Longoria of Texas, his Children: Homero Jr. of Texas, Laura, Hector, Jorge, Luis, Angel, Maribel, and Mayra all of California and his grandchildren Victor, Alexis, Estevan, Stefany, Gabby, Oscar, Nina, Dillon, Ryan, Nadiah, Amayah, Hezakaya, Phoenix, Azalea, Lorenzo, Gisel, and Sebastian, Homero was preceded in death by his parents Manuel de Jesus and Viviana Davila Longoria and his siblings Magda Laura, Jose Javier, Jesus Oscar, and Pablo Jorge Longoria. Homero Pilar Longoria will be greatly missed.
