parents Berto and Mary Bergamaschi. He is survived by his
wife Colleen of 64 years. He was a graduate of Butte, Montana
high school where he was active in baseball as well as football,
after graduating Jim joined the Marine Corp. where he became a
tank instructor. In the late 1960’s Jim attended the Moral Barber
College and was a barber for forty plus years. Jim thought the
city of Ceres was the greatest little city ever. He was president
of the Ceres Chamber of Commerce in 1971 as well as many
other local organizations throughout the years. Jim enjoyed
traveling, western art, antiques and cars. He was always
referred to as Uncle Jim in our family, he had two sister and
brother-in-laws as well as many nieces and nephews. Jim and
Colleen have a God-daughter and her family that they both
treasure. Jim always enjoyed entertaining family and friends in
their home. Jim was well known for his laughter, kind-heart,
smile and the happiness he always wanted to share with
everyone he met.
Rest in peace Jim
