James A. Brink, age 84 of Modesto, Ca passed away Feb 14, 2018. He was born in Modesto, CA on June 6, 1933. James graduated for Modesto High and received AA from Modesto Jr. College. He was married to Minnie German on April 24, 1971. James had a career with California Highway Patrol for 28 yrs. He was a member of Local Hot Rod Organizations, had a passion for Flying, Hot Rod Building, Reading. He is survived by children Andy Chipponeri (Tina), Joey Chipponeri (Sharon), Bill Brink (Tari), Benjamin Brink and Rhonda Brink. Grandchildren Chris Chipponeri (Amber), Andrew Chipponeri, Bryson Brink, Brianna Van Tassel (Zach). Great-grandchildren Jackson & Dylan Chipponeri, Brody Brink, and Amelia Van Tassel. Proceeded in death brother William A. Brink, parents Arthur and Mae Brink. Funeral arrangements at 1pm, Feb 22, 2018 at Lakewood Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel.
