Jim,
You were a great Step Dad and Father-in-law. More importantly, you were such a good grandfather. Your heart was ways in the right place and you were always ready to help. Be at peace. You are in a better place.

Jim always had a smile on his face and a great attitude. He was giving and kind; always willing to lend a hand. He became my father in law when he married Sharon but he treated us like we were his own kids and my children like they were his grandchildren. He was loved very much and will be missed until we see you again.

I did not have the privilege of meeting James personally, but appreciated how much he loved Sharon and the happy years they had together. Jesus will greet him warmly as he greeted his fellow man.

I was honored to be Jim's sister in law. He was the most gung ho man I have ever met. You need something he found it. You mentioned you needed something he gave it to you. He loved my sister so much. He loved his family and extended family and they loved him. He never met a stranger and ways always making a joke about something. This last year had taken a lot out of him but he fought it with grace and dignity and kept going even when he was not feeling good just to please my sister or someone he promised that he would go with or see. We will miss you Jim. Heaven is getting fuller everyday with friends and family. Till we meet again. Love you TKO and Howard

Jim was always a faithful greeter and reminder for me of brotherhood. He will be remembered as a man who encouraged but understood the life schedule challenges. Always happy to see me, I was blessed to see him in his final days. Godspeed, Brother. SMIB.
