Jaime! Sitting here watching the Giants game made me think of you brother. When I got to work everyday we would talk about baseball and sports before we even starting talking about the work for the day.      I received a gift from my daughter inlaw today, it was a late mothers day gift, because it took some time to make, Jennifer DeLuz took some time to put  on pictures of trees and flowers and words of loving memory of my son.
    I cried  when I held it in my hands, it brought back the memories of I will never get a call from you again. I will never hear your voice  of the positive things in life you would tell me.. I will never feel  your smile on the phone as we talked.
    How does a mom get past that? I glued your last picture that I loved the most, and in the box I will write memories to you to keep you close in my heart.

The times playing football against each other. The shit talking on the field as I hunted you down carrying the football from the Middle linebacker position. Babe. I will miss you so much. One of my fondest memories of you before we were married is when a good song came on the radio and you pulled over the car and got out and opened my door and we just danced on the side of the road. You were so much fun. I also remember when we were in Hawaii and sitting in the hot tub talking with some folks there about a big bruise you had on your arm and you told them you were a bull rider and had got kicked of the bull and kicked in the arm when the bruise was really from playing arms with your friends. I just shuck my head and laughed at there awe of your story. I will miss you so much babe.There will never be another who can love me like you. I have wonderful memories of Jamie. He was such a good man, father, son, uncle, brother and my brother in law. We always had a great time when the family would get together. He was always  funny and happy! I know he worked hard for his family whom he  always spoke so proudly of.

I might not have known you as much, but when we met at CRI's xmas parties I met a Man that is full of life. Your laugh was contagious and yes you told a lot of jokes, you were the life of the party. I can tell you love to make people laugh and that you loved life itself. Danielle was blessed to have shared a life with you. Thou the pain is great we know that God has you in His arms right now and we take comfort in that. We will miss you and the beautiful life you shared with everyone. Brother,
You had a smile that could light up a room. A sense of humor that would make people just laugh. There are so many memories of you as a young kid and teen and then as a man. 
I enjoyed having you as an assistant  baseball coach on my team. The team loved your sense of humor and loved the fact you were willing and did in fact get ejected from games. They learned a lot from you. It was a special time for us as brothers. 
As a babysitter, you left a lot to be desired. You did learn the lesson never to fall asleep on the sofa while watching 3 10 year old boys. Coming home and seeing pepperoni from the pizza on your sleeping face, priceless. 
I will miss your unexpected calls and texts. I will miss your wit. 
Jamie, my little brother, Heaven isn't ready for you but I take comfort that you are with our Dad and the two of you are probably swapping stories and cracking all other angels up. 
Your smile will always be remembered. We love you.

It’s hard to imagine you not here with your loved ones. I am thankful to have talked with you recently at Sue’s...remembering you laughing and cracking your usual jokes.  I remember the day we met at Walters Jr. High School. You said “you remind me of Sue”, I replied, “who is Sue?!” Who would have known back then what the future would hold and that we would be connected in some way.  Heaven has gained a feisty and spunky angel that will fill the skies with genuine belly laughter. May you Rest In Peace Jamie. 


Uncle Jaime, I will miss you so much. You were such an amazing person, and i will always cherish the memories we do have. You were the best uncle. You were always happy, and so much fun to be around. I really wish we had more time together. I love you so much. Rest in peace Uncle.

I am still processing that you have left us.  I will miss our long phone calls that I could always count on from you.  We would reminisce about the good old days when we were all together as a family - laughing, joking, playing sports, dinners, sleep overs, and spending time at the lake with friends which was one of your favorite pastimes.  I loved your humor and infectious laugh that will replay in my mind forever.  I will always remember you as a 4 year old, cute little boy with his Dutch boy haircut knocking at my door asking if Tommy could come out and play.  I would say "no honey, he is at school."  Your little sad face would look up at me and you would turn around and walk away.   I am going to cherish these memories, forever hold you in my heart and know that you are in heaven smiling and laughing with your dad.  I will miss you dearly and I love you with all my heart.

We’ve been longtime friends, although we didn’t  talk as often as we used to. When we got together it was as if we saw each other the day before. We always supported each other in all things. Can’t believe how life takes crazy turns. I met Jamie just after he started with BCP and started the Kiernan project. Gonna enjoy driving it even more now every day.  If I was having a bad day in the field, I would make it a point to swing by and see Jamie on the job, or when he would bomb into the store and “Need it now!” He always asked me how my family was and show care. He always talked about family and fishing. Just spoke with you on the 10th and that’s all we talked about no work, just Family. Worlds gonna miss you Jamie.

      There are no words that will ever express the loss I feel right now. I have always loved you since I held you in my arms as an infant  the day you were baptized. A prouder godfather you would never find. Watching you grow from an infant into a  man, always the Jamie smile, and the humor you shared with everyone.
       As I always told you Jamie,  before I had a son, you were my son , and will always be. I only wish we had had  more time together so we could have strengthened that bond. I will always love you, and will see you when I cross those gates.
