Modesto, California - John "Doc" O'Neal died peacefully in his home among family on December 29th. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Wanona, and daughter Stephanie. Brother to Peggy and Father to Stephanie, Shelli and Jeff. Grandpa to Chelsea & husband Nick, Monique & wife Ashley, Jake & fiancé Kristen and Zack & wife Jen. Great grandpa to Roman, Jonathon, Jackson and Kira. Uncle, cousin, brother, nephew, mentor, coach and friend to many.
A Celebration of life followed by a reception will be held on Friday January 26, at 12:00 pm at Lakewood Memorial Park in Hughson.
