Linda Jeanette Nelson, age 76 passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021. Linda was born April 23, 1945 in Arizona to Nerva Lorene Pruitt and Lee Roy Cunningham.

Linda was a former member of Country Crossroad Quilter, and Turlock Quilt Guild. She was avid quilter and seamstress, played several musical instruments. Loved gardening and had a magical touch for flowers.

Linda is survived by her daughter Kathy Nelson; her son Timothy Nelson; her daughter Sandra Nelson; and her daughter Melinda Allinson; her sister Gayle Brian, her sister Rebecca Penny, her sister Sharon Whatley, her sister Pamela Marshall, her brother Billy Cunningham and her sister Cheryl Mendez.

Linda was preceded in death by her life partner Ernest Hernandez.

Linda also leaves 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

A funeral service for Linda will be held Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Lakewood Funeral Home, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, California. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, California.
