My deepest sympathy and condolences to Lorraine's husband and family.
I didn't personally know her but do believe we were related.  I remember my mother and grandmother speaking fondly of "the twins".  
My mother was Ruth (Kruse) Carlson Daggs and my grandmother was Kathryn (Peters) Kruse Jensen, sometimes referred to as "Tena".  They were quite close to Ethel Peters Hall and I believe Lorraine's father and my grandmother were siblings.
Lorraine sounds like she was a wonderful lady who will be dearly missed.

My life is truly blessed having Lorraine in my life. Because she is without wings I call her my dearest friend. I am so very sad to hear of Lorraine's passing.  I worked with her for many years, she always had a smile.  One of the funniest memories I have of her is the day that I was speaking to her sister, Dorraine on the phone in another part of our department and Lorraine was standing right in front of me--I didn't know she had a twin.  The voice was identical to Lorraine's and I thought she said her name was Lorraine, not Dorraine.  I said "You can't be Lorraine because she's standing right here"--and Lorraine broke out laughing because I was so confused.  She then explained it all to me and I felt really dumb--but we had a good laugh over it.  Two wonderful ladies--and my heart goes out to all the family at this time.  Lorraine, give my friend Debbie a hug for me, and rest well, my friend.

Another note for my loving wife Lorraine. 
I want to thank you for the incredible and wonderful journey you took us through all the 55 years we were together. I couldn't have met a more beautiful person. I am and will miss you so much,more then any words can ever say. You were the most sweet loving, and devoted wife a man could ever have. I will be with you for eternity in Gods embrace forever.

Lorraine was more of a sister to me than my aunt. Lorraine has left so many great memories with me that she will live in my life forever. Grandma, I will miss you so much! I loved to hear all the stories you would tell me about when you were a child; you and Auntie Dorraine taking turns sitting on the cow's back trying to get some milk, dropping kittens off the barn roof onto the hay below, your brother getting in trouble because he wasn't watching you... Grandma, since the day I was born I was attached to your hip. I spent every weekend with you and grandpa and we went everywhere together. You took me traveling with you and bought me anything and everything I ever wanted. Yes, you spoiled me probably too much. But that's ok, because I have nothing but gratitude in my heart. You always had faith in me and you loved who I've become. You will always have a special place in my heart! I love you very much!
