She was born Lucille Meanza in Modesto, California on January 27, 1936 to Jack and Lydia Meanza.
Throughout her upbringing, she learned the value of family that she would hold near to her heart
throughout her life. Her love for the Lord and family were the foundations she built a beautiful life
from, together with her loving husband Bill. When she wasn’t traveling the world or making
memories with family, Lucille enjoyed her time as a member of Del Rio Country Club, the Red Hat
Society, and even a PT Cruiser club. She had an enthusiasm that inspired others to embrace life,
explore new adventures, and make the most of every moment, even the small ones. Whether she
was at a grand celebration, a quiet morning at church, or doing a puzzle with her grandchildren at
the kitchen table, Lucille cherished every opportunity to make one more special memory with those
she loved most.
Her unwavering devotion to family will be remembered forever, and her grace will
be carried on in the hearts of her loved ones.
Lucille is survived by her two sons, Timothy James Armstrong and Todd Michael Armstrong, as well
as seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents,
Jack Constantine Meanza and Lydia Angelina Meanza, her brother David Michael Meanza, and her
beloved husband, Billy Eugene Kirkpatrick.
Serving as pallbearers are Timothy Armstrong, Todd Armstrong, Lucas Armstrong, Dale Storlie, Travis Cavanagh and Travis Johnson.
