Mildred Allee DePalma was born on May 30, 1925 in Shep, Texas. She went home to be with the Lord on December 10, 2015 in Modesto, Ca. She is preceded in death by her husband Al, parents Ben and Allee Hancock and 3 sisters: Dimp, Earlene and Polly. Mickey is survived by her son Jerry DePalma and his wife Cosetta of Turlock, 2 sisters: Sue Somberg (Jim) and Margaret Peterson (Jim), granddaughter Allee DePalma and many nephews and nieces. She has impacted so many people through the years and all will miss her deeply. She was a legal secretary, volunteered at Emanuel Medical Center and was a member of the board of Denair Community Center for over 25 years.
Services will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park and Funeral Home 900 Santa Fe Avenue in Hughson. Visitation is Wednesday, December 16th from 4-8pm. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 17th at 10am with burial to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mickey’s name to the charity of your choice.
