Pamela Diane Moore

Pamela Diana Moore, 73, of Modesto, California, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2025. A lifelong resident of Modesto, Pamela was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend whose love for family, animals, and creativity touched everyone who knew her.

Pamela’s heart was always with her family. She is survived by her loving daughters, Melissa Bradley and Nicole Moore, and her cherished grandchildren, Paige and Tanner Bradley. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virginia and Lloyd Sorenson.

A passionate animal lover, Pamela had a special fondness for horses, dogs, and pigs. Her dedication to the equestrian community was evident through her active involvement with local horse show associations. She proudly served on the boards of the San Joaquin Paint Horse Club (SJPHC) and the California State Horsemen’s Association (CSHA), and was a constant supporter of her daughters and grandchildren in their horse show endeavors.

Pamela was also deeply committed to her children’s education and extracurricular activities. She played an active role in school PTAs and was a proud member of the Johansen High School Band Boosters Club.

A true artist at heart, Pamela was an extraordinary crafter, seamstress, quilter, painter, and all-around “DIYer.” Her creativity and talent brought beauty and joy to those around her.

In accordance with her wishes, no formal services will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Oakdale Equine Rescue or any animal rescue organization of your choice, in honor of Pamela’s lifelong love for animals.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
