Pedro Louis Salcedo

Louis was born in Huacho, Peru, South America, but came to the U.S. in March of 1973 to learn abroad. He met his wife Maria in May of 1973 it was love at first sight. They married in May of 1974. He worked various construction jobs through the years including the sea wall in San Francisco. He was later hired by the City of Modesto and worked there for 17 years. Louis was forced to retire in Dec. 2011 after being diagnosed with cancer.

Louis was preceded in death by his parents Pedro & Inez Salcedo & son Michael L. Salcedo. He is survived by his beloved wife Maria, son Christopher, Daughter-in-Law Myrhl Lea & grandsons Christian, Shawn, & John Salcedo of Waterford; Father-in-Law Odell and Mother-in-Law Margaret Middleton of Elk, Wa. All his loved ones and friends who knew him through the years and his church family at Waterford Assembly of God.

Funeral services to be held at Lakewood Funeral Home, Hughson.

Visitation Thursday, Jan. 26 from 4-8 pm.

Chapel service Friday, Jan 27 at 9:30 am in the Riverside Chapel.
