Perry was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Perry Evans, and his stepfather, Eric Ostrom. He is survived by his mother, Deanna Ostrom; his stepmother, Dusty Evans; his sisters, Becky Evans, Rhonda Pires, and Kelly Molohan; and his brother, Rick Evans. He is also survived by his uncles, Robert “Bob” Evans and Richard “Dick” Evans, as well as several extended family members, including Brandi, Tyler, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Perry was a loyal and dedicated employee, spending 30 years as a Customer Service Representative at Green Rubber in Modesto, California, before retiring in 2022. His work ethic, reliability, and steady presence defined him both professionally and personally. Perry’s passions were unmistakable. He lived and breathed the Raiders' wins and losses; his loyalty never wavered. He also had a deep appreciation for firearms and the craftsmanship and responsibility that came with them. These interests brought him joy and connection with others who shared his enthusiasm.
Quiet by nature and a man of few words, Perry showed his love through actions. He was kind, dependable, and always willing to help family or friends without hesitation. Special gratitude is extended to his longtime friends John Green, Greg Harrison, and Steve, whose friendship meant so much to him.
A graveside funeral service and memorial will be held on January 2, 2026, at 1:30 PM at Lakewood Funeral Home Cemetery.
Perry will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and forever loved
