Phyllis Lee Crutchfield, age 75 entered into rest on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Phyllis was born May 13, 1945 in Bakersfield, California to Noble Lee Easttom and Philip Anthony Becker.

Phyllis is survived by daughter Deborah Jackson; and son John Crutchfield II.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband John T. Crutchfield; father Philip Anthony Becker and mother Noble Lee Easttom.

A burial for Phyllis will be held Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 9:00 AM.
