Robin graduated from Thomas Downey High School in 1978. Married to Peggy on March 12, 1983. He worked for Hoya Optical (Martin Optical) for the past 41 years. He loved camping, hiking, and kayaking.
He is proceeded by mother and father; Glen and Lucille Carter, brothers: Michael, Marcus, and Timothy.
He is survived by wife Peggy, children Tony (LuAna), Tina, Todd (Kaylee), grandchildren and great grandchild; Brother Stephen (Michelle), sister-in-law Kathy, nephews, nieces, aunts and uncles.
Memorial Services will be held:
Monday January 15, 2023 at Lakewood Memorial – Heritage Chapel. 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA 95326. Viewing will be held from 10:30am – 11:30am. Service will be at 12pm. Graveside service and reception to follow. Reception will be at the Riverside Chapel.
