

Born on January 27, 1941, to Esmeralda and Frank Deniz Sr., Rosie led a life marked by love, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her family and community. She retired from the James River Company and later found great fulfillment in operating Kangaroo Kids Daycare in Modesto, where she lovingly cared for and nurtured countless children over the years.
Rosie was known for her green thumb and her joy in gardening, her talent for discovering hidden gems at garage sales, and the treasured moments she spent poolside with her beloved grandchildren. Her warmth, generosity, and sense of humor left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her son, Jeff Fleeman of Modesto; her cherished grandchildren, Kendall Fleeman, Kaydence Fleeman, and Lucas Fleeman; her brother, Frank Deniz; and her sister, Frances Nelson. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Tony Deniz.
A funeral service in her honor will be held at 2:00 p.m. on June 2nd at Lakewood Memorial Park in Hughson, California.
Rosie’s legacy endures in the many lives she touched and the loving memories she leaves behind.
