Shirley Jean Coleman was born in St. Louis, MO October 19th 1933 to Guy Carlton Burnett and Betsy Alice Wells, and passed away peacefully in Chowchilla, CA after a long hard fight with cancer on November 23, 2015.
Shirley is survived by her children, Linda Cook, Richard Coleman, Sandy Sellers, Deborah Ingersoll, and Dawn Lout, 19 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. In 1989 she received an award in the amateur song division at the Music City Song Festival for the song “I know I Can Make It”.
She will be dearly missed and loved by family and friends.
A service of Remembrance will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park and Funeral Home in the Heritage Chapel at 1:00pm on Monday, November 30th, 2015
