Terry passed away peacefully in Modesto, CA., with family at his bedside
on September 9th, 2010. Terry was born to Terry Boyd and Mary Slater in
Mesa, Arizona on September 3rd, 1940.
Terry is survived by his wife, Janice of 52 years; three children, Pamala Boyd,
Gregg Boyd and Brian Boyd all of Modesto; two sisters, Joan Babb of Denair,
CA., Debbie McCurdy of Delhi, CA., brother Artie Boyd of Yuma, Arizona; two
grandchildren, Christopher Boyd, Brittany Boyd and mother-in-law Neva Parker.
He also leaves behind numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and nieces
and nephews.
Terry owned and ran Boyd Tile Company for 35 years. He had many interests.
He enjoyed playing the guitar, tinkering with cars and gardening.
Terry touched many hearts with his unique sense of humor, quiet gentle
spirit and caring nature.
God has blessed us with someone who was as loving and kind as Terry has
been. Terry's absence will be profoundly felt by all who knew and loved him.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 17th, 2010 at 11:00 AM
at Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA.
