Thelma Louise Parker

Louise was born on December 30th 1938 in Kiowa OK, to her parents Steven and Mildred Caudle, they moved to California when Louise was about 10 years old. She graduated from Ceres High School.

At the age of 17 she married the love of her life Bob Parker. They had four beautiful children, Steve, Peggy, Debbie and Carol. They just celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on June 2nd.

She loved watching her husband and children in all there roping and horse events, camping, fishing, boating, water skiing with family and friends. She made lifelong friends from all of these activities.

Louise loved to host parties for all occasions birthdays, 4th of July, Easter, Thanksgiving, but she really loved Christmas and hosting Christmas bingo…so fun.

She decorated her house for every season. But mostly she loved sharing her faith and spending precious time with her family.

Louise loved getting more bang for her buck, garage sales and thrift stores (She always looked like a million bucks, a lot of her granddaughters got their love of style from Granny Lou) She definitely passed the love of thrifting to her daughters and grandkids.

She played on a bowling league for several years, worked for an inventory company for around 10 years. But her biggest gift was to all the children she ministered through Pioneer girls and boys then Awana’s, She would pick kids up and take them if they didn’t have a way there, It would be hard to count the many children she shared her love of Jesus and the Gospel. She also loved to paint and draw.

Thelma Louise is survived by her husband Bob J Parker, her daughter’s Peggy R Bach (Allen) and Carol R Cooksey (Gary) Grandchildren April, Erica, Joel, Tyler, Holly, Blaine, Cody, Jake, Bailey, Hailee and Parker, 21 great grandchildren and numerous family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Father Steven G Caudle, Mother Mildred L Caudle, Her Son Steve R Parker and daughter Debbie K Smith.

She was loved by so many and will truly be missed.
