Thursa went to her heavenly home Saturday, October 13, 2012 in Sonora, Ca. She was born in Chillicothe, Texas on December 20, 1921 to Ida and Sarah Turner. Thursa is survived by her children; Doris, Janet, Michael, Thomas, Neva, and Tammy. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Thursa was preceded in death by her husband Donald Herbert Haney.
Funeral services will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home in the Heritage Chapel, on Friday Oct. 19th, visitation from 12:30-2pm, followed by a chapel service at 2:00pm.
