Later in life, Timothy pursued his passion for education, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Liberty University. He had a deep appreciation for classical music and art, and enjoyed photography, scuba diving, leatherworking, macramé, latch hook rugs, and dot art. Timothy also had a special love for cooking, particularly when it came to creating delicious sweets.
A devoted member of Heartland Community Church in Ripon, Timothy found joy in his faith and the community around him.
He is survived by his two children, Stacy Blumberg and Kevin Blumberg, as well as his two grandchildren, Kaylie Sheaffer and Morgan Sheaffer, and four great-grandchildren. Timothy will be remembered for his creativity, kindness, and the love he shared with his family and friends.
In lieu of services, the family requests that donations be made to the Veterans Administration or Hospice of San Joaquin in Timothy’s honor.
