Tommy Eugene Barton

Tommy was born in Mendota, California to parents Samuel and Reba Barton. He grew up and was raised in Clovis, California. Tommy graduated from Clovis High School on June 8, 1972 and married his sweetheart Darlene Harrison on June 9, 1972. He was employed for 35 years as an automobile mechanic.

Tommy loved to ride his Harley motorcycle and was the founder of the Valley Riders Club and rode with them for 5 years.

He and Darlene moved to the Modesto area in 1994, and he later joined the Mofomen MC club and rode with them for 7 years until he retired.

Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Darlene Barton, daughter, Tonya Johnson, grandchildren, Kurtis and Kerry Russell, sister, Shirley Harding, and brother, Bill Barton. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Ricky and Sam Barton.

A visitation will be on Thursday, January 17 from 4-8 pm at Lakewood Funeral Home, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, California. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 18 at 10am at First Freewill Baptist Church, 2217 Geer Road, Turlock, California.
